In 2009, we were introduced to the marketing team at Naropa University. They had a real problem. The top results for many Google searches for Naropa displayed a street-view photo of a hillside with trees. Their Google business listing was inaccurate, incomplete and not helpful. After 1 month, the listing was fixed, updated and optimized. With consistent online data, Google could recognize and trust their business listing and display accurate photos, reviews, and knowledge graph data. Naropa’s online presence quickly became a powerful presentation of their brand.
